Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult / Geriatric Nurse Practitioner– Long Term Care / SNF Setting – Memphis, Tennessee (Traveling Provider Position within the Memphis area)
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner interested in working Monday-Fri 8:30 am- 5:00pm (flexible with the schedule) in a LTC/SNF setting at multiple locations. The Provider will be working with adult and geriatric patients in a long term care setting and manage approximately 15-18 patients while on service at each of the facility locations . The provider would have collaborative physician support and enjoy working with an excellent management team. The employer would provide a competitive compensation package; $100,000-$115,000+ (Depending upon experience) plus a comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental and 401K as well as CME and CME Allowance, PTO and Malpractice Coverage). Travel allowance / reimbursement will be provided. Signing bonus and relocation package are also negotiable items for the right candidate.
