Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult / Geriatric Nurse Practitioner -Weekend Provider Position (Friday-Sunday) – Long Term Care / SNF Setting – Jackson, Tennessee
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner interested in working weekends (Fri-Sun) 1:00pm Friday and 8:00am-8:00pm Saturday and Sunday. The Provider will be working with adult and geriatric patients in a long term care setting and manage approximately 15-18 patients while on service. The provider would have collaborative physician support and enjoy working with an excellent management team. The employer would provide a competitive compensation package; $100,000-$115,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental and 401K as well as CME and CME Allowance, PTO and Malpractice Coverage). Signing bonus and relocation package are also negotiable items for the right candidate. Excellent opportunity convenient to both Memphis and Nashville.
