Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner (FNP, ANP, ACNP) (Loan Repayment Eligible Site) Convenient to Flagstaff, Arizona
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner with experience in Occupational Medicine to work for a very well respected hospital in Northern, Arizona convenient to Flagstaff, Arizona. The Provider would work in the Occupational Medicine clinic and conduct DOT physicals, work related injuries and illnesses, conduct drug screenings (Federal, Non-Federal Employees and the Public), Respirator Physicals and testing, adult immunizations including MMR, Hep-B. Hep A, Tetanus/ Diphtheria, TB tests and other tests. Additionally, the Provider would conduct wellness screenings including hearing and vision screenings. The ideal candidate would have experience working in an occupational medicine setting and be interested in working as a team player with an established team. The Provider would work collaboratively with the physician during clinic hours and see an estimated volume of 18-20 patients per day. The clinic hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:00pm with no weekends or call responsibility. The base hourly rate ranges from $55-$60 per hour with full benefits including Medical, Dental, 401K with Match, CME Allowance, PTO, STD, LTD, Vision, Life Insurance and Paid Malpractice Insurance through the hospital’s umbrella policy.
