Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant–Pain Management / Interventional Pain Management– Conrad, Montana (Convenient to Great Falls)
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a well-respected pain management team. The Provider would be working Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with no holidays, call or weekends. The Nurse Practitioner would work with a team of physicians, providers and therapists specializing in pain management, physical medicine and rehab. The candidate would be responsible for developing and following treatment plans working with the collaborating physicians, medication refills, provide care for patients with impairments that involve musculoskeletal (including sports related injuries), neurologic and other bodily injuries including trigger point injections and other forms of pain management. The primary goal is to restore maximum restoration of function and the alleviation of pain. The provider can expect a base salary / compensation package of $100,000+ (Depending Upon Experience), plus incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package including CME, CME Allowance, Health Insurance, Malpractice Coverage and Signing Bonus and relocation package.
