$10,000 Signing Bonus! Pediatric Nurse Practitioner / Acute Care Certification Preferred -Taos, New Mexico
Location:
50 bed, non-profit hospital
Rural, north central New Mexico
Less than 5 hours from Denver and Amarillo
Schedule:
7 days on, 7 off
10-11 days on call
(Hours and on-call hours can be adjusted according to cooperating practitioners)
Compensation:
$120,000
Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus
Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
Up to $20,000 loan repayment

Up to 37 days PTO
Responsibilities:
Patient admission and education
Policy and procedure review
Assist in labor and delivery to perform newborn resuscitation, stabilization and transfer if required
Mange ill infants, adolescents, and young adult patients
Emergency consultations for higher acuity patients
Newborn rounding
Local outpatient, primary care clinic development
Requirements:
Licensed as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, required/ Acute Care Certification Preferred
Must be confident in performing newborn resuscitation (Certification Preferred)
Must have experience in L&D
Pediatric experience in primary or acute care outside of school is required
Unfortunately, we are not able to train new graduates at this time.
