Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Helena, Montana (New or recent graduates considered) Loan Repayment Eligible Site
We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (must be PMH-Certified) interested in working in a predominantly out-patient clinic setting. The provider would work collaboratively with a well-respected Psychiatrist as well as other Providers (New PMHNP graduates considered as the psychiatrist enjoys mentoring and training). The Provider would treat patients of all ages and see one new patient evaluation every hour and med/checks average every 20-30 minutes. The Provider would work Mon-Fri in the clinic and also assist with consults in the Emergency Room. The FNPs cover mild depression so most of the cases would be more severe diagnosis including; major depression, bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia, suicidal ideology as well as personality and substance abuse. The salary range is $125,000-$135,000 with additional incentive bonuses. The Provider would also receive benefits including Health, Dental, Retirement (401K program with match), CME allowance with paid time off for CME, PTO and full relocation expenses paid for by the facility. $5,000 signing bonus as well as the potential for loan repayment through the National Health Service Corp Program. The Provider would be eligible for $25,000 per year paid directly to his/her student loans. There is a minimum of a two year commitment in exchange for $50,000.
