$10,000 Signing bonus and $10,000 Relocation Allowance–Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Physician Assistant – Fort Wayne, Indiana (New Graduate PMHNP candidates considered) / NHSC Loan Repayment!
We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Physician Assistant to work with a well-respected Community Based Health Clinic convenient to Fort Wayne, IN. The Provider would be working with 5 psychiatrists and 5 PMHNPs in an employed model Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with the possibility of working a 4/10 schedule. The provider would see a diverse cross-section of patients ranging from children, adolescent and adult patients. The Provider would conduct a new evaluation every hour and follow-up med-checks run every 30 minutes. There is paid call for the in-patient (phone/triage only) after 5:00pm once every 6 weeks and it is rotated between the Providers. The provider would see a diverse cross section of patients including; ADHD, Bi-Polar Disorder, Depression, Addiction, Personality Disorders, dementia and others. The base salary is negotiable but the salary for candidates will be a base of $110,000 plus incentive paid every two weeks at $50 per psych evaluation, $20 per E&M visit, call pay $175 per night (weekday only) PTO is 20 days plus 10 holidays per calendar year, $2,500 for CME, and two memberships to mental health societies of the providers choosing. Signing bonus of $10,000 and relocation of $10,000. and NHSC loan repayment (Minimum of a 2 year commitment in exchange for $50,000 paid directly to your student loans).
