Team Lead Adult / Geriatric Nurse Practitioner – Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (Experienced Provider-2+ years preferred working in a SNF/LTAC setting)
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (2+ years’ of Provider experience preferred) interested in working Monday-Fri 8:00 am- 5:00pm in a LTC/SNF setting and function as a team lead fostering client relations with multiple facilities in the area. The Provider will be working with adult and geriatric patients in a long term care setting and manage approximately 15-18 patients while on service. The provider would have collaborative physician support and enjoy working with an excellent management team. The employer would provide a competitive compensation package; $110,000-$130,000+ (Depending upon experience) plus a comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental and 401K as well as CME and CME Allowance, PTO and Malpractice Coverage).
